  Dorchester bed is a good product, but this company's customer service is appalling. Although they show a customer service phone number on their website, they do not entertain calls from customers looking for the most basic information or post sales support. My experience is that customers are treated with disdain, and told to contact their stockist. The ridiculous situation ensues where Sherborne will talk to the stockist and not the customer (the person who actually bought the product). Any simple support query (which the manufacturer could answer in a few minutes over the phone) needs to be relayed from customer-to-stockist-to-Sherborne and back again. Then repeated if clarity is required. It is clear that any stockist doesn't want to get embroiled in such a rigmarole, leaving the customer in limbo. I can honestly say that I have not encountered such a high-handed attitude from any manufacturer this century.
